Leasing
Income producing real estate is only as strong as its tenants. Given that, we have developed a high proficiency in the leasing process. We can handle every aspect of this for you from marketing, tenant screening and lease negotiation. We pride ourselves in always securing AAA tenants at top of market rents. This is also coupled with an intimate knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and Landlord Tenant Board. We can council you through every step of the landlord process and allow you to sleep well knowing your income stream is secured with high-quality and happy tenants.
Property Management
We will provide you with annual reports on how your investments are performing. In addition to your annual analysis, our in-house team will manage your properties and provide you with quarterly updates. Our management team will be in constant communication with you on any property repairs or updates as needed. It’s essential to keep your property in good condition so that you can attract a AAA tenant and eliminate future expenses and problems down the road. Our team has years of experience managing properties and we currently have over 20 properties under management.
