We will come up with a detailed plan in order to get your property ready to list. At this time, we will thoroughly review past sales and discuss your property’s current value. 

Step 2: Pricing Strategy

Properly pricing your house is crucial to maximise your sale price. Working with an experienced agent with a strong track record is essential in helping you achieve the maximum ROI. At this time, we will discuss your pricing strategy. A popular option is pricing your house under market value and setting an offer date. An alternate method is pricing it at or slightly above market value and accepting offers anytime. Should you choose the first option, a further discussion on accepting pre-emptive offers will be had. Learning your expectations and comfort level on risk vs reward will help us determine which is the best strategy for you.

Step 3: Prepare House

Because your property is unique, a thorough step-by-step process will be laid out to get your home ready for market. Potential recommendations on any upgrades, renovations, decluttering or staging will be discussed. Once those items have been executed (if any) then a pre-listing home inspection will be booked along with professional photography/videography, floor plans and marketing materials. 

Step 4: List Property

Step 5: Successful Sale
