Brendan is a commercial real estate agent based in south Etobicoke. He has an expertise in Industrial and Commercial leasing, as well as sales with a focus on investment and development real estate.

Brendan has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over a decade with a depth of experience that includes development, construction management, appraisal and real estate data. With this broad and extensive experience, he brings a holistic approach to solving client needs. This is bolstered by a passionate customer service approach to helping his clients realize optimal outcomes with respect to their space requirements and real estate needs.

Brendan also lives in Etobicoke with his wife and son.
